Stroke prevention is about taking into consideration all those small changes you can make to help reduce the risk
of ever having a stroke. Action on stroke prevention is for everyone including young people.

Small changes could come in the form of changing your diet, exercising more, reducing alcohol consumption and stopping smoking. By making a few small changes today we can prevent strokes from changing us tomorrow.
